About the role
Join our Social Discovery team to shape the creative strategy for Kismia, our leading dating app. You will develop systematic approaches to audience segmentation and messaging, driving marketing effectiveness and scaling user acquisition for our social products. This role focuses on building and validating new creative concepts to expand our global reach.

What you'll do
- Analyze creative trends in the dating industry, identifying effective strategies for various audiences, countries, and formats.
- Establish systems for gathering, validating, and utilizing market insights from diverse sources.
- Validate frameworks for audience personas and segments, from initial hypotheses to creative testing and analysis.
- Develop comprehensive messaging frameworks for each validated audience segment.
- Manage and execute tests to validate new personas, segments, and messaging approaches.
- Implement processes for scaling validated segments across product marketing teams.
- Maintain a centralized database of segments, personas, insights, and test results for product teams.
- Support niche development with relevant creative concepts for validation.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a similar marketing management position.
- Background in performance marketing.
- Experience with English-speaking Tier 1 markets.
- Proficient in AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Veed.
- Strong analytical skills to process large datasets and draw conclusions.
- Ability to structure and build efficient processes.
- Creative mindset for generating new ideas and hypotheses.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-reliant and accountable.
