Key facts

What you'll do

• Identify and block fraudulent accounts based on platform rules and suspicious activity.
• Review and moderate user-submitted text content to ensure it adheres to community guidelines.
• Actively communicate with the team via Slack throughout your shift.
• Provide feedback to the quality assurance department to refine moderation processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Gmail and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage and process large volumes of information efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Availability to work night shifts, specifically from 00:00 to 06:00.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in customer support or content moderation for at least 6 months.
