This position is within the Social Discovery team, focused on developing and enhancing products that help people form new connections.
Key facts
What you'll do
Review user profiles and content to identify and block fraudulent activity and policy violations.
Examine user-submitted information for compliance with platform guidelines.
Communicate actively with your team via Slack throughout your shifts.
Provide feedback to the quality assurance department to improve moderation accuracy.
Requirements
Experience using Gmail and Microsoft Office.
Ability to process and manage large volumes of information efficiently.
Demonstrated attention to detail and strong logical reasoning skills.
Willingness to work various shifts, including overnight hours (00:00-06:00) and early mornings (06:00-09:00).
Nice to have
Previous experience in customer support or content moderation for at least 6 months.
