What you'll do

• Review and assess user-generated content across multiple platforms to ensure compliance with established guidelines and community standards.
• Identify and flag inappropriate content, including hate speech, graphic violence, and other violations, ensuring swift action is taken.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and refine moderation processes, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to help improve moderation strategies and policies.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and emerging issues in content moderation.
• Utilize various tools and software to track and report moderation activities, ensuring accurate documentation of actions taken.
• Engage in regular team meetings to discuss challenges, share insights, and propose solutions to improve content moderation efforts.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bengali is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with the capability to analyze and interpret complex information quickly.
• Familiarity with content moderation tools and software is preferred but not mandatory.
