Qualtrics is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing engineering function in Mexico City. You will build and optimize scalable web solutions while collaborating with product and design teams to deliver high-quality features for our global platform.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications and distributed services.
• Collaborate with product managers, tech-ops, and fellow engineers to translate requirements into functional features.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings and prioritize tasks to meet delivery schedules.
• Create prototypes and refine user-facing features based on cross-functional feedback.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to the growth of the engineering organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5-7 years of professional experience in full-stack web engineering.
• Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and software design.
• Experience with Git, continuous delivery, test automation, and build/deploy systems.
• Demonstrated ability to build large-scale web applications or distributed services.
• Experience developing high-performance RESTful services.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with containerization technologies.
• Experience with MVC frameworks and single-page application development.

Skills & tools

• Frontend/Backend technologies: AngularJS, Angular2, Polymer, Vue, Ember, React, or ReactNative.
