Senior Manager, Product Management

About the role

You will lead the strategy for our text analytics engine, transitioning it from classical machine learning to a hybrid architecture incorporating large language models. This role involves managing a team of product managers while working alongside engineering and applied science to serve over 18,000 global clients.

What you'll do

• Define and execute a multi-year product roadmap that integrates classical NLP with LLM reasoning.
• Establish evaluation frameworks to balance model accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Maintain and improve existing rules-based and machine learning systems for topic detection and sentiment analysis.
• Manage and scale a team of product managers, setting operational priorities.
• Coordinate with engineering, privacy, and marketing teams to launch compliant and marketable features.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing, coaching, and developing other product managers.
• Proven history of shipping enterprise software involving NLP, text analytics, or machine learning.
• Technical knowledge of classical ML/NLP techniques such as topic modeling and classification.
• Familiarity with LLM mechanics including fine-tuning, prompting, RAG, and evaluation metrics.
• Experience modeling trade-offs between performance, cost, and latency for production AI deployments.
