About the role

Qualtrics is seeking a leader to manage security engineering and protect our global infrastructure and product ecosystem. You will oversee a team of engineers while collaborating across business units to implement security standards and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of professional experience in security leadership.
• Demonstrated success in defining and executing organizational security strategies.
• Proficiency in product, cloud, and infrastructure security.
• Ability to influence cultural shifts and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong decision-making skills in high-pressure, complex environments.

Practical notes

• Compensation: $248,000 to $325,500 USD base annual salary.
• Benefits: Restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, and mental health benefits.
• Wellness: $300 per quarter for wellness activities and an $1,800 annual experience bonus.
• Hybrid Work: Employees work from the office on Mondays, Thursdays, and one additional day determined by leadership.
