About the role
This position focuses on selling Qualtrics' experience management software to U.S. Federal government organizations and their associated Aerospace & Defense contractors. The goal is to expand the adoption of our platform within this sector, driving new business and growing existing accounts.
Key facts
What you'll do
Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to increase Qualtrics platform usage among Aerospace & Defense and Government Contractor clients.
Cultivate strong relationships with various stakeholders within the Aerospace & Defense industry, acting as a trusted advisor.
Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and product demonstrations to onsite presentations and contract finalization.
Achieve net new revenue targets by acquiring new customers and expanding business within existing accounts.
Meet established quarterly and annual sales objectives.
Collaborate with ecosystem partners and internal resources to identify and pursue new strategic business opportunities.
Requirements
Hold a Bachelor's degree.
Possess 10-15 years of professional experience.
Have at least 10 years of experience carrying a sales quota, with a preference for SaaS sales.
Demonstrate a successful history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exhibit proficiency in closing complex, consultative sales engagements.
Be prepared for occasional business travel.
Nice to have
Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC.
Familiarity with enterprise sales processes.
Skills & tools
Experience using Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting tools.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and conflict resolution capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to quickly learn and articulate product solutions and features.
Practical notes
Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commissions and accelerators.
Promotions are based on performance, not tenure or internal politics.
Qualtrics offers a hybrid work model, requiring three days in the office per week (Mondays and Thursdays, plus one day determined by leadership).

The annual base pay range for this position is $131,500 to $173,000 USD. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may also be part of an offer.
