Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Qualtrics is seeking a proactive sales professional to lead the strategy for selling Experience Management software into the UK Police and Housing sectors. This role focuses on driving new business and transforming how these public sector organizations utilize technology to improve outcomes.

What you'll do

• Acquire new business by selling the Qualtrics platform to key accounts.
• Create comprehensive account plans, including power maps, demand generation, and closing strategies.
• Manage high-level relationships with senior executives at client and prospect organizations.
• Lead commercial negotiations for multi-year enterprise agreements, navigating procurement, legal, and security requirements.
• Build business cases that demonstrate clear ROI and value.
• Maintain expert knowledge of all Qualtrics solution offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle SaaS or software sales experience, specifically managing complex deal structures for large enterprise accounts.
• Significant experience selling to the UK Public Sector, with a focus on Police, Housing Associations, or Local Government.
• Proven ability to act as the primary local point of contact for public sector clients.
• Strong understanding of public sector contracting, including RFPs, frameworks, partnerships, and procurement compliance.
• Track record of hitting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience closing deals in the 6-figure range.
• Fluency in English.

• Sales methodologies: MEDDIC or MEDDPICC.
• Salesforce.

• Compensation includes a base salary, uncapped commissions, and accelerators for over-performance.
