About the role
This position focuses on advancing machine learning and artificial intelligence research to personalize the experience management platform. You will collaborate with application teams to design, train, and deploy models that solve complex business challenges.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Research, build, and maintain machine learning models to support business growth.
- Lead design reviews and define technical requirements for AI initiatives.
- Mentor junior scientists and establish best practices for model lifecycle management and reproducibility.
- Implement Evaluation-Driven Development by integrating automated testing and production monitoring.
- Present research findings and stay current with industry advancements.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to incorporate feedback into model development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate industrial research experience in machine learning, NLP, information retrieval, or deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or MXNet.
- Experience with machine learning systems like SageMaker or MLFlow.
- Proven ability to evaluate complex, multi-turn agentic systems, including tool-use reliability and systematic benchmarking.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Publication record in top-tier conferences such as NeurIPS, ICML, SIGIR, ICLR, ACL, or EMNLP.
Skills & tools
- Natural Language Processing, Reinforcement Learning, Speech Processing.
- Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, MXNet).

- The company follows a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office, specifically Mondays, Thursdays, and one additional day determined by leadership.
