About the role
Qualtrics is seeking a driven Account Executive to join our Dallas team and expand our footprint in the Experience Management sector. You will manage a portfolio of 30-35 clients while focusing on aggressive outbound prospecting to secure new business.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Execute a 100% outbound sales strategy to hunt for and close new business opportunities.
- Manage a book of 30-35 accounts, balancing relationship maintenance with new revenue generation.
- Partner with Professional Services, Implementation, and Subject Matter Experts to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Conduct contract negotiations and manage complex multi-account cycles.
- Stay updated on the competitive landscape and product offerings to refine pricing and proposal strategies.
- Travel 1-3 times per quarter for in-person client meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of individual sales experience, including at least 1 year in a hunter closing role.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and collaborate with management to address skill gaps.
