About the role
You will manage the Philippines market from our Singapore office, helping mid-market organizations improve their experience management maturity. This role involves guiding clients through the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to closing deals and ensuring successful handovers. You will work closely with internal partners to drive revenue and expand our regional footprint.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business within the Philippines commercial and mid-market segments.
- Build and execute account plans, including power maps and tailored engagement strategies.
- Manage the entire sales process, including product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and procurement alignment.
- Coordinate with solutions consultants, sales operations, legal, and finance to finalize proposals and implementation plans.
- Establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and executive-level clients.
- Apply industry and AI knowledge to position Qualtrics solutions against competitors.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in SaaS or technology sales, specifically within commercial or mid-market sectors.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and building a robust pipeline.
- Experience selling into HR, Marketing, or similar enterprise functions that utilize experience data.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Experience working in Southeast Asian markets with an understanding of cross-cultural business dynamics.
- Fluency in English.

Practical notes
