About the role
Join the team building Qualcomm AI solutions by contributing to the development of our next generation NSP. You will focus on enabling advanced network models and AI software features to support specific customer requirements.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate with the architecture group to establish the design of future NSP hardware.
- Implement and enable state of the art network models and AI software capabilities.
- Analyze and improve the runtime performance and accuracy of neural networks.
- Build and maintain the AI software stack for Qualcomm NSP.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 2+ years of relevant experience in software, electrical, or systems engineering.
- Master degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 1+ year of relevant experience in software, electrical, or systems engineering.
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in high-performance microprocessor design.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and Python.
- Experience with embedded systems development.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX.
- Background in mathematical algorithms, specifically involving vector instruction sets and fast math libraries.
Skills & tools
- C, C++, Python, AI/ML frameworks, Embedded systems, Microprocessor design.
Practical notes
- Salary range: $127,200.00 - $190,800.00.
- Total compensation includes an annual discretionary bonus program and eligibility for annual RSU grants.
