About the role
In the position of AI & GenAI Data Scientist-Director, you will utilize advanced technologies to craft data solutions that convert raw information into valuable insights for clients, ultimately fostering business growth. This role is situated within our Data and Analytics Engineering practice, where you will employ data, algorithms, and software engineering to create and implement AI and Machine Learning solutions on a large scale. As a Director, you will guide strategic initiatives, spearhead business development, and manage multiple projects while nurturing high-level client relationships.

What you'll do
- Direct the creation and execution of AI and Machine Learning solutions to turn raw data into meaningful insights.
- Supervise the establishment of data infrastructure and integration necessary for scalable AI systems.
- Identify market opportunities to drive business growth and translate them into successful client projects.
- Mentor teams on the application of advanced data analytics and AI methodologies.
- Foster an environment that encourages technological advancements and collaboration between people and technology.
- Work closely with executive-level clients to define strategic directions and deliver impactful solutions.
- Utilize programming languages such as Python and C++ for developing and deploying AI models.
- Oversee complex data analyses, ensuring data quality and integrity within analytics frameworks.
- Inspire creativity and innovation in problem-solving and solution development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance client satisfaction and project outcomes.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
- At least 12 years of relevant professional experience.
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for a degree in fields such as Analytics/Data Science, Artificial Intelligence/Robotics, Computer Science/Information Systems, or Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in data engineering, machine learning, or cloud platforms, including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar credentials.
- Proven expertise in AI implementation and familiarity with machine learning libraries.
- Proficient in using Python and C++ for advanced data analysis and modeling.
- Experience leading AI-driven automation initiatives with a strategic and innovative approach.
- Commitment to advancing technology in data infrastructure and integration.
- Ability to mentor and develop others through effective coaching and feedback.
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation will be based on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
