About the role

Protective is looking for a seasoned professional to join our Annuity Distribution team. In this role, you will be instrumental in safeguarding our clients' financial futures by expanding our annuity business within a specific territory. You will contribute to providing essential financial security and peace of mind to those who rely on our services.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Build and expand annuity sales by cultivating strong relationships with financial institutions and their advisors.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan to achieve sales targets within your assigned region.
• Collaborate with internal wholesalers to drive sales efforts and manage territory performance.
• Educate and motivate financial professionals on our annuity products to foster successful sales outcomes.
• Represent Protective's corporate goals and act as a responsible steward of company resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in annuity wholesale distribution.
• Demonstrated success in generating sales results within a defined territory.
• Possession of a State Life and Health License.
• FINRA Series 6 and 63 registrations.

• Prior experience in external sales management.
• Broad experience across various annuity distribution channels.
