Lead Associate - Group Benefits Product Management

About the role

This position contributes to safeguarding individuals and families by managing and enhancing our group benefits offerings. You will play a key role in developing and executing product strategies that meet market needs and support customer financial security.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement product strategies for group benefits solutions.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify product enhancements and new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product launches and ongoing management.
• Define product requirements and work with development teams to bring new features to market.
• Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Demonstrated understanding of group benefits products and the employer-sponsored market.
• Experience with product lifecycle management.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
