About the role
Protective is seeking a professional to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution. You will play a vital role in identifying system improvements and ensuring our digital solutions effectively support our customers.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Evaluate business challenges and recommend technical paths for project investments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create UI mockups to guide development teams.
- Document system enhancements using process maps and workflow diagrams.
- Participate in agile sessions to review technical specifications and project dependencies.
- Design regression test plans to ensure system stability during deployments.
- Provide level 3 support for complex software defects and system issues.
- Lead end-user training and develop procedure documentation for new functionality.
- Manage project lifecycles using tracking databases and provide status updates.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of relevant technical or professional experience.
- A Bachelor degree in Management Information Systems or a related computer field may substitute for 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in functional specifications, use cases, activity diagrams, and storyboarding.
- Foundational knowledge of database design, system architecture, and application programming.
- Experience analyzing web-based services and applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and negotiate requirements.
- Capability to handle multiple priorities and resolve conflicts under pressure.

- Experience with SQL, HTML, and XML.
