Key facts
What you'll do
- Create and deliver onboarding, skill-building, and performance improvement programs for new and current employees.
- Assess learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to address performance gaps with appropriate learning solutions.
- Produce and maintain various training materials, including job aids, knowledge resources, facilitator guides, and e-learning content.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and suggest improvements based on performance data and feedback.
- Utilize learning technologies and AI tools to improve content creation, engagement, and training results.
- Implement new learning strategies to support a distributed workforce.
- Document training plans and recommendations to ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in learning and development, training, instructional design, or performance readiness.
- Experience designing learning, onboarding, coaching, or performance improvement solutions based on adult learning principles.
- Experience creating and leading instructor-led, virtual, blended, or self-paced training.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel overnight up to 10%.
Nice to have
- Experience with Articulate 360 or similar authoring tools.
- Experience supporting contact center, operations, claims, or financial services environments.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) or similar workflow automation tools.
- Experience with AI-powered learning or content development tools.
