About the role

Join the p44LSP.ai division, a specialized team focused on delivering AI-native solutions for the logistics service provider market. You will act as a technical and strategic advisor, bridging the gap between complex logistics operations and our platform capabilities to drive growth for 3PLs, 4PLs, and freight forwarders.

What you'll do

• Conduct technical and business discovery sessions using industry-specific terminology related to carrier networks, managed transportation, and freight audit processes.
• Design and present customized platform demonstrations and ROI models that address the unique operational challenges of logistics providers.
• Manage the integration strategy for sales cycles, demonstrating how our APIs connect with existing TMS environments.
• Perform hands-on API prototyping, including configuring webhooks and mapping data streams to validate technical requirements.
• Partner with account executives to develop account strategies and influence product roadmaps based on direct customer feedback.
• Represent the company at industry events and provide mentorship to other solutions engineers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of operational or technical experience within a 3PL, 4PL, or managed transportation provider.
• Deep understanding of logistics workflows such as load tendering, carrier scorecarding, and intermodal operations.
• Demonstrated success leading complex projects like TMS migrations, large-scale carrier onboardings, or supply chain visibility deployments.
• Proficiency in working with TMS platforms such as MercuryGate, TMW, Oracle TMS, Blue Yonder, or McLeod.
• Technical fluency in API interactions, including reading documentation, executing test calls, and interpreting JSON or XML payloads.
• Experience with carrier connectivity models including EDI (204, 210, 214), ELD integrations, and various transport APIs.

Practical notes

• This role requires the ability to switch between high-level executive presentations and granular technical integration scoping.
• Candidates with direct experience as an operator, implementation lead, or solutions architect within an LSP environment are preferred.
