Staff Product Manager, Agentic AI

About the role

You will lead the evolution of Autopilot, our no-code platform designed to deploy AI agents for mission-critical supply chain workflows. This role focuses on transitioning our AI from augmenting human tasks to fully automating end-to-end processes while maintaining strict auditability and control. You will bridge the gap between user intent and autonomous action, integrating our conversational AI analyst, Mo, with our execution engine.

What you'll do

• Define the roadmap for our library of packaged AI agent workflows, including carrier outreach, milestone collection, and exception management.
• Manage the no-code Autopilot configurator, overseeing the canvas for triggers, conditions, and actions.
• Develop the measurement and reporting layer to demonstrate agent performance and ROI to customers.
• Conduct primary research through customer interviews, ride-alongs, and design-partner pilots.
• Oversee shadow-mode testing to establish performance baselines before full-scale deployment.
• Partner with the Mo product team to enable natural-language workflow creation and execution.
• Represent the product strategy in executive briefings, conferences, and customer advisory board meetings.
• Balance the speed of development with the necessity of building reliable, trust-based automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, specifically building and shipping complex, data-driven software.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer operational problems into structured, executable technical requirements.
• Experience managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from initial research and design-partner pilots to production scaling.
• Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineering teams on AI integration, API mapping, and workflow logic.
• Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder expectations and building trust in automated systems.
• Ability to work on-site at our Chicago headquarters four days per week.
