Sr. Manager, Demand Generation

About the role

You will lead the strategy and execution of demand generation initiatives to drive pipeline growth for our Movement platform. This role requires close partnership with sales and marketing teams to build integrated, data-driven campaigns that convert target audiences into qualified leads.

What you'll do

• Design and manage multi-channel campaigns including paid media, email, ABM, SEO/SEM, webinars, and content syndication.
• Coordinate with Sales and SDR leadership to refine lead scoring and handoff processes.
• Oversee budget allocation across marketing channels to maximize return on investment.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics like MQLs and pipeline contribution to inform future strategy.
• Partner with product marketing and creative teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Test new tactics to improve engagement and reach.
• Present reports on marketing performance and pipeline health to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, preferably within SaaS, enterprise technology, or logistics.
• Demonstrated success in building programs that generate measurable revenue and pipeline.
• Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as paid search, display, social, and email automation.
• Experience managing account-based marketing programs in alignment with enterprise sales.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to own reporting and data-driven optimization.
• Ability to work in the Chicago office four days per week.

Skills & tools

• Marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or Salesforce.
• AI fluency for daily operational tasks.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $140,000 - $170,000 USD.
• Total compensation includes stock options and role-specific bonus or commission eligibility.
