Integration Consultant

About the role

Join our team to manage technical implementations for the Movement platform. You will guide customers through the integration process, ensuring they get the most value from our supply chain visibility tools.

What you'll do

• Lead remote project kick-off sessions to outline implementation goals.
• Conduct technical deep dives to review customer setups and provide API best practices.
• Develop and manage test plans for System Integration Testing and User Testing.
• Host remote training sessions for end users.
• Manage weekly status meetings and track progress within Salesforce.
• Oversee post-implementation hypercare and manage the transition to support teams.
• Drive technical project management tasks, including RAID logs.
• Configure the platform to accelerate customer time-to-value.
• Maintain and distribute documentation regarding integration standards.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, specifically in software delivery, customer implementations, or supply chain logistics technology.
• Proficiency with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with TMS platforms such as SAP LBN, OTM, or Blue Yonder, and knowledge of EDI.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying timelines.
• Skill in writing technical documentation and performing system data analysis.
• Ability to drive outcomes and communicate risks effectively.
• Willingness to travel if business needs arise.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French, Spanish, or German.
• Background in SaaS, Real-Time Transportation Visibility (RTTV), or project management.
