What you'll do

• Oversee 10 to 15 concurrent client engagements depending on project scale.
• Ensure software solutions are delivered within established timelines and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and network teams to drive project objectives.
• Handle financial metrics and assist in pre-sales efforts to support account growth.
• Communicate technical and business solutions to executive-level stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, standards, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor project progress, manage contributors, and track all milestones and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles or enterprise SaaS environments.
• In-depth knowledge of implementing enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or SCM.
• Proven history of managing projects for internal clients using cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Must possess excellent English language skills.
• Strong background in client service or management consulting.
• Ability to work during customer operating hours, specifically 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST (with flexibility).

Nice to have

• Experience in freight forwarding or supply chain management.
• Proficiency in French, German, or Spanish.
