About the role

Join the p44LSP.ai division to lead the technical strategy for our AI-native logistics service provider platform. You will build and manage a high-performance team while remaining hands-on with the development of agentic AI systems and microservices.

What you'll do

• Define and implement the technical vision for agentic AI systems, data pipelines, and customer-facing interfaces.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage an engineering team distributed across the US and EU.
• Oversee the lifecycle of agentic AI, including design, debugging, and production improvements.
• Collaborate with data science teams to develop intelligence capabilities for LSP decision-making.
• Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align product development with customer feedback.
• Serve as an engineering leader to shape product strategy, hiring, and go-to-market execution.
• Ensure successful platform adoption for our LSP customers.

Requirements

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with a history of delivering large-scale products.
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering leadership and team management.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture, agentic AI, and data science.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full product development lifecycle from concept to production.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
