Join the p44LSP.ai division to build AI-native solutions for logistics service providers. You will work directly with high-value clients to integrate autonomous agents into their existing operations, turning field insights into product reality.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end integrations for LSP accounts by configuring webhooks and pipelines for TMS, WMS, and ERP systems.
• Create unified data signals to enable interoperability across business platforms.
• Adjust agent logic and interfaces to support freight procurement, load tendering, and exception handling workflows.
• Troubleshoot agent performance by tracing data points, prompts, and tool execution.
• Develop event-driven pipelines using Kafka or PubSub to handle millions of daily logistics events.
• Act as the primary technical contact to influence the product roadmap based on real-world field observations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation.
• Expertise in API-first architecture and bi-directional webhook setups.
• Proficiency with stream processing and event-driven systems like Kafka or PubSub.
• Hands-on background integrating with TMS, WMS, or ERP software.
• Proven ability to debug distributed, agent-based workflows.
• Deep logistics domain knowledge including carrier management, load tendering, and freight procurement.

Nice to have

• Experience building agentic AI systems involving prompt engineering, stateful agents, and tool invocation.
• Prior background in field or forward-deployed engineering.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
