Executive Assistant

About the role

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Revenue Officer acts as a primary partner to help manage the operations of a fast-growing global revenue team. This position requires high-level coordination and strategic support to ensure the CRO maintains alignment across internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Manage complex global calendars involving board members, customers, and internal leadership.
• Draft professional communications and prepare materials for board meetings, customer engagements, and revenue updates.
• Track follow-ups and action items from QBRs, forecast reviews, and leadership offsites.
• Coordinate international travel and logistics for executive events.
• Support the operational rhythm of the revenue department by assisting with dashboards and pipeline reviews.
• Lead special strategic projects and identify ways to improve organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level or senior executives within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise technology firm.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Understanding of revenue metrics, forecasting, and go-to-market operations.
• Advanced skills in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and various collaboration tools.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment.
