Associate People Partner
Job description
About the role
This role owns the end-to-end employee experience for our London office, acting as the primary HR generalist for a fast-moving GTM environment. You will serve as the daily point of contact for employees and managers, handling questions across the full employee lifecycle with sound judgment and discretion. Because our London team is primarily Go-to-Market, you will get extensive exposure to sales and customer success, coaching managers and supporting a commission-eligible population while helping the revenue organization scale efficiently. You will also handle broad-based HR work across every function in the office, owning key programs and helping build the People function in the UK from the ground up. This position is ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants hands-on, varied experience with a strong tilt toward supporting a commercial team and shaping how our People operations run in a new, high-growth office. You will partner closely with People Partners across the company to keep programs, policy, and practice consistent across regions, ensuring alignment while bringing a London and EMEA perspective into company-wide initiatives.
