About the role
This position focuses on guiding Owner-side clients through the adoption and optimization of the Project Management Quality Safety product line. You will act as a technical advisor, helping organizations modernize their construction workflows by applying your industry expertise alongside our software platform.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Consult with clients to transform them into proficient users and advocates of the Procore platform.
- Refine client business processes by applying deep knowledge of construction and real estate development.
- Deliver high-quality education and support through clear communication.
- Mentor and train new team members to support a collaborative environment.
- Partner with internal departments to define best practices and influence product development.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Procore services, business models, and emerging tech.
- Travel up to 50 percent of the time to client locations, industry events, and company offices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years working in the construction sector.
- Professional background as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Estimator, or Project Finance Manager.
- Hands-on experience with construction project management tasks including procurement, bidding, submittals, RFIs, scheduling, drawings, specifications, quality control, and safety.
Nice to have
- Experience creating and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Bachelor degree.
