What you'll do
Source candidates proactively using a diverse mix of networking, referrals, job boards, and passive talent pipelines specific to print and packaging.
Screen and evaluate candidates through detailed resume reviews and structured phone or video interviews to verify technical and operational fit.
Partner with clients to dissect job requirements, identifying necessary skills, experience levels, and cultural alignment for open roles.
Present qualified candidates to clients with clear, professional communication, highlighting how each candidate matches the defined needs.
Coordinate interviews from scheduling through to final feedback, ensuring a smooth and respectful process for candidates and clients.
Build and maintain a robust network of print and packaging professionals, including operators, press technicians, production managers, and sales leaders.
Track all activities, pipelines, placements, and key relationships within our CRM and ATS systems to ensure accuracy and follow-up.
Support candidates through offer discussions, negotiation guidance, and onboarding coordination to reinforce trust and long-term relationships.
Identify new business opportunities by listening to client needs and spotting potential future hiring requirements before they are formally requested.
Maintain the highest level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in every interaction with clients and candidates.
Utilize industry knowledge of print technologies and packaging processes to ask informed questions and assess candidate expertise accurately.
Continuously refine your sourcing and screening methods based on feedback and placement outcomes to improve efficiency and results.

Requirements
1-3+ years of recruiting, staffing, or sales experience preferred, with a track record of managing full-cycle responsibilities.
