You will design and build scalable software solutions that support enterprise systems and improve healthcare outcomes. This position focuses on technical execution, system architecture, and mentoring team members to ensure project success.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain applications across web, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• Improve code quality using CI/CD and modern development practices.
• Manage production systems through performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Build automated tests to ensure software quality.
• Develop system prototypes and contribute to architectural decision-making.
• Mentor junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in computer science or information systems.
• Five years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and understanding of the software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based solutions.
• Background in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated sectors.
• Familiarity with Facets or similar enterprise technical tools.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Knowledge of API and service-based architectures.
• Experience building and utilizing automated testing frameworks.
