What you'll do

• Consult with business and IT stakeholders to identify technical improvements and recommend scalable solutions.
• Design and implement software across various platforms, utilizing prototypes and proof-of-concept models.
• Write and modify code while applying CI/CD practices to ensure system performance.
• Perform unit testing and participate in cross-functional testing efforts.
• Create SDLC documentation and manage production system updates.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and handle performance tuning.
• Mentor junior staff and share technical expertise across the developer community.
• Standardize IT processes and maintain current knowledge of industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5 years of software development experience with proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle.

• Experience with cloud solutions, API-based technologies, and service-oriented architectures.
• Background in highly regulated industries, specifically healthcare.
• Familiarity with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
