Content Marketing Manager

About the role

Ppgny is looking for a creative strategist to lead our digital storytelling efforts and advance our mission of reproductive health advocacy. You will produce high-impact content across social media, video, email, and web platforms to engage our community and support fundraising goals.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage a consistent pipeline of social media posts, short-form videos, graphics, and blog content.
• Record and edit video content, including TikToks, Reels, and interviews, while appearing on camera when necessary.
• Identify and share stories from patients, supporters, and community partners to shape public perspective.
• Monitor cultural trends and social media conversations to create timely, relevant digital content.
• Execute email marketing campaigns and integrated advocacy projects.
• Use analytics to track performance and optimize digital strategies.
• Participate in community engagement through social listening and influencer relationship building.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in a marketing field or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 to 4 years of experience in digital content management and social media marketing.
• Proficiency with social media management tools like Sprout Social and platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Experience working in mission-driven environments, social justice, or reproductive health care.
• Ability to travel to various health centers and events throughout the affiliate region.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to distill complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, or irregular hours as needed for events.
• Physical ability to lift up to 15 pounds and perform standard office tasks.
• Must provide proof of immunization for influenza, Covid-19, and tuberculosis as required by health codes.
