Regional Sales Director

About the role

Postman is seeking a Senior Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a critical growth division within our API platform organization. You will manage high-level sales strategy and mentor a team of managers and account executives to drive consistent revenue across large-scale enterprise accounts.

What you'll do

• Manage enterprise revenue performance to meet quarterly and annual bookings goals.
• Mentor and develop a leadership team consisting of Directors, Managers, and senior sellers.
• Design and refine sales strategies covering segmentation, capacity planning, and account allocation.
• Oversee operational rigor including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal reviews.
• Guide complex deal cycles involving procurement, legal, security, and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering to align go-to-market efforts.
• Serve as an executive escalation point for strategic accounts.
• Communicate field insights to influence product roadmaps, pricing models, and packaging.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience selling technical SaaS solutions to enterprise clients.
• 5+ years of experience in second-line sales leadership, including managing managers.
• Proven ability to build predictable revenue engines in high-growth environments.
• Expertise in multi-stakeholder deal dynamics and long-cycle enterprise sales.
• Experience managing consumption-based and commitment-based revenue models.
• Proficiency in enterprise sales frameworks such as MEDDIC, Sandler, Miller Heiman, or Corporate Visions.
• Ability to translate technical platform value for C-level audiences.
