Senior Manager, Customer Success Engineering

About the role

Postman is seeking a leader to manage the Customer Success Engineering (CSE) function across EMEA and APAC. You will oversee a team of engineers, ensuring they drive technical adoption and provide high-quality outcomes for enterprise accounts.

What you'll do

• Recruit, mentor, and manage CSEs across EMEA and APAC regions.
• Collaborate with International Sales leadership to prioritize accounts and allocate team resources.
• Establish operational cadences for KPI tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Oversee capacity planning to ensure the team focuses on high-impact customer adoption and expansion.
• Translate technical customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product team.
• Define and track strategic OKRs to ensure team accountability and consistent execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Engineering, Strategic Consulting, or Customer Success.
• 5+ years of experience leading post-sales or technical teams.
• Proven track record of managing globally distributed teams in EMEA or APAC.
• Strong operational background in building frameworks and scalable processes.
• Technical fluency in APIs, CI/CD, developer workflows, and modern software delivery.
• Ability to partner with Sales leadership within enterprise account models.
