As a Senior Growth Engineer, you will join a growing engineering team focused on expanding user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role involves using both technical skills and product insight to drive impactful, data-informed initiatives.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement full-stack features and experiments for a two-sided marketplace to boost user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Work with Product, User Experience Research, and Data teams to convert initial ideas into effective, iterative tests.
• Build scalable tracking systems to gather actionable insights for stakeholders and inform the product roadmap.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
• Configure and manage feature gating and A/B tests using experimentation platforms.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex technical projects with significant business impact.
• Proficiency in full-stack technologies such as React, React Native, Typescript, and AWS or similar cloud providers.
• Experience in either mobile app development or backend systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and an interest in creating products that connect people.
• Solid understanding of product metrics, user funnels, and lifecycle stages.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, mentor colleagues, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical groups.
• Strong grasp of growth strategies, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision-making.

Nice to have

• Experience at a fast-paced early-stage consumer, social, or marketplace company.
