About the role
The translates external data flows from prediction markets into measurable acquisition and brand lift outcomes. This role owns the end-to-end execution of offline campaigns so that channels such as Video, Audio, OOH, and Direct Mail contribute clearly to acquisition and brand objectives. You will coordinate logistics, manage budget pacing, and verify that creative assets and vendor receipts are in order to prevent gaps in the campaign timeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing vendor communications, enforcing accountability, and providing context to the hiring manager for informed escalation as issues arise. Over time, you will gradually take ownership of negotiation conversations and higher-level budget discussions as systems and processes mature. The position requires comfort with offline measurement and attribution, including understanding links between traditional media spend and acquisition or brand lift outcomes. You will also bring strong organizational skills, spanning notetaking, creative trafficking, time management, and prioritization when competing deadlines exist. What you'll do
Coordinate campaign logistics for Video, Audio, OOH, and Direct Mail so that timelines, specifications, and deliverables are completed without gaps.
Own budget tracking for all offline channels, maintaining pacing data and flagging discrepancies early to avoid costly delays.
Traffic creative assets to vendors, confirm receipt, and verify channel-specific specs and deadlines to ensure on-schedule launches.

Requirements
