About the role
This role focuses on enhancing how healthcare providers manage the order process within senior care settings. You will shape product strategy and execution for order-related functionalities, aiming to improve accuracy, timeliness, and safety for residents and caregivers.

What you'll do
- Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for order management solutions.
- Guide products through their entire lifecycle, from initial concept to ongoing enhancement.
- Make product decisions based on customer input, market analysis, and business objectives.
- Act as the primary expert for your product area, understanding customer workflows and delivered value.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to deliver impactful product outcomes.
- Translate customer needs into prioritized requirements for development teams.
- Evaluate new product opportunities and requests using data-driven analysis.
- Identify opportunities to modernize existing products with AI and automation.
- Navigate complex healthcare regulations and clinical environments to inform product direction.
- Ensure product plans align with overall company strategy and growth objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product management.
- Proven experience managing software products throughout their development cycle.
- Substantial background in healthcare IT, clinical workflows, pharmacy systems, or regulatory systems.
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across different departments without direct authority.
- Comfort with technical concepts including APIs, integrations, and modern software development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex ideas to various audiences.
- Experience developing, launching, or integrating AI/ML capabilities into products.
- Demonstrated success in improving or modernizing established products.
- US base salary range: $115,900 - $128,800 USD.
