About the role

This leadership position oversees a remote team of Clinical and Pharmacy Software Implementation Consultants. You will drive the delivery of software solutions for the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) market while focusing on operational efficiency, team development, and customer success.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a diverse team of consulting professionals.
• Manage service engagements to ensure high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize team workflows and drive internal process improvements.
• Collaborate with pre-sales teams to develop statements of work and proposals.
• Partner with product, sales, and customer success teams to align on business growth strategies.
• Monitor resource availability and manage team performance against key objectives.
• Handle customer escalations and maintain strong partner relationships.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Management experience within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
• Background in customer-facing roles such as consulting or professional services.
• Experience managing remote teams, including recruiting, training, and staffing.
• Proficiency in change management and adapting to shifting organizational goals.
• Expertise in supporting professional services sales, including pricing and RFI/RFQ/RFP development.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for client visits and leadership meetings.
• Strong project management and operational skills.

• Experience with EHR implementation in the healthcare or LTPAC sector.
