About the role
This leadership position oversees a remote team of Clinical and Pharmacy Implementation Consultants focused on delivering software solutions within the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care market. You will drive operational excellence and team development while ensuring high-quality service delivery for customers across Canada and the United States.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a diverse, high-performing consulting team.
- Manage service delivery to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Collaborate with internal departments including sales, product, and project management to drive growth and product adoption.
- Optimize team workflows and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Partner with the Pre-Sales team to develop statements of work, pricing, and formal proposals.
- Monitor resource availability and manage team performance against strategic objectives.
- Maintain expertise in clinical and pharmacy software solutions and industry trends.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Management experience within an enterprise software or SaaS environment.
- Background in customer-facing roles such as consulting or professional services.
- Experience managing remote teams, including staffing, training, and performance oversight.
- Proficiency in change management and adapting to shifting strategic goals.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client visits and leadership meetings.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills in fast-paced settings.
- Experience with large-scale proposal development, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level projects.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of PointClickCare clinical or pharmacy solutions.
- Experience in the Long-Term and Post-Acute Care (LTPAC) sector.
- Experience with EHR implementation.
