Key facts
What you'll do
- Work at the forefront of AI-driven Salesforce solutions and build AI Agents using Agentforce, and other AI platforms like Microsoft Studio for CoPilot Agents.
- Pioneer intelligent automations in enterprise environments using IPA tools like Power Automate, Alteryx, and others to streamline complex workflows.
- Build test automations to improve QA efficiencies in QA for Salesforce and other applications, ensuring robust quality assurance.
- Collaborate with product designers, end-users, and other team members to refine and understand outcomes and AI use cases through iterative feedback.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas for prototyping to test and solution for use cases identified and prioritized by stakeholders.
- Execute standard to complex tasks in the application development life cycle using languages like Apex, JavaScript, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
- Develop technical documentation that is clear, concise, and accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Be part of our DevOps maintenance crew and peer review builds developed by other team members and vendors to ensure code quality and best practices.
- Provide training and consultation related to the systems and processes developed by the team to our business partners and support units.
- Support both transformational projects, high priority enhancements and resolve standard to high complexity incidents to quickly deliver value to the business.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay current with the latest AI technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to Salesforce and enterprise automation.
- Contribute to the improvement of development processes and methodologies to enhance team productivity and solution quality.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure alignment with team goals.
- Act as a technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production or during the development phase.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and maintaining configuration and custom applications that integrate with Salesforce or other connected apps.
- Over 5 years of experience and knowledge designing, developing, and maintaining configuration and custom applications that integrate with Salesforce or other connected apps.
- Proven experience building Agentforce AI Agents and working with AI agent development frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with intelligent process automation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar IPA platforms.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Apex, JavaScript, Python, or other languages relevant to enterprise applications.
- Experience with DevOps practices and contributing to peer reviews of codebases developed by team members and vendors.
- Ability to develop technical documentation that effectively communicates solutions to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding of healthcare data ecosystems and the unique challenges faced by provider organizations.
- Willingness to travel to office locations in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City for onboarding, team events, and meetings as required for remote roles.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, including pursuing relevant certifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues in enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

For Remote Roles: If this role is remote, there will be in-office events that will require travel to and from the Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City office. These will include, but not limited to, onboarding, team events, semi-annual and annual team meetings.
