What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop innovative recycling solutions that align with our sustainability goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and approaches for enhancing our recycling processes and technologies.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the recycling sector.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably within the recycling or sustainability sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on findings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data analysis tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• A passion for sustainability and a commitment to making a positive impact in the recycling industry.
