About the role

Pleo is seeking Sales Development Representatives to join its Lisbon Sales Hub. This position focuses on expanding the customer base in the DACH region, particularly Germany, for Pleo's spend management solutions. You will contribute to the company's growth by generating new business opportunities for its SaaS platform.

• Generate new sales leads through cold calls, social media, and email outreach to finance leaders.
• Evaluate potential deals for suitability before handing them over to Account Executives.

Requirements

• Prior professional experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role (sales, finance, or consulting preferred).
• Ambitious and driven to advance quickly in a sales career.
• Proactive in initiating actions to achieve results.
• Comfortable with cold calling and stepping outside your comfort zone.
• Motivated by sales targets and consistently seeks to exceed expectations.

• Fluent in English (company language) and German.
