Sales Development Representative

About the role

Pleo is seeking Sales Development Representatives to join its Lisbon Sales Hub. In this role, you will contribute to expanding Pleo's presence in the Benelux region, with a focus on the Netherlands. You will help drive the growth of Pleo's spend management solutions and scale its SaaS platform.

What you'll do

• Generate sales leads through cold calling, social media, and email outreach to finance leaders.
• Evaluate potential deals before handing them over to Account Executives.
• Cultivate relationships with prospective clients.
• Utilize advanced tools for creative lead generation.
• Share best practices and enable team learning.
• Work towards daily and weekly revenue and performance goals.

Requirements

• Prior professional experience in a customer-facing or sales-related position (preferably sales, finance, or consulting).
• Driven and ambitious, seeking rapid growth in a sales career.
• Proactive in initiating actions to achieve results.
• Comfortable with cold calling and stepping outside your comfort zone.
• Motivated by sales targets and consistently striving for exceptional performance.
• A collaborative team member who supports colleagues' success.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial and creative mindset, eager for continuous learning and development.
• Thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment and excited to grow with the company.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
