Job description
Senior Product Manager at Plenful.
About the role
Plenful is seeking experienced Senior Product Managers to join our foundational product management team. As we enter a new growth phase, our focus is on developing solutions that address intricate customer challenges on a larger scale. We are in search of individuals who can provide structure, take ownership, and possess a strong understanding of customer needs.
This position is ideal for those who thrive in dynamic, resource-limited settings and desire the responsibility and close leadership interaction that comes with being an early product hire in a rapidly expanding organization. The role operates in a hybrid work model.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Take full ownership of your product area, including customer research, roadmap creation, prioritization, execution, iteration, and achieving commercial results.
- Convert complex operational workflows into streamlined, scalable product solutions that yield measurable benefits for customers.
- Establish and monitor success metrics, utilizing data, user insights, and business goals to validate assumptions and guide decisions.
- Create a feedback loop with customer success and support teams to continually gather and act on customer insights.
- Engage directly with executive leadership, gaining access, visibility, and accountability from the outset.
- Incorporate healthcare compliance and privacy considerations - such as HIPAA and audit requirements - into product design from the beginning.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, particularly in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to enhance your own work quality.
- Experience in developing products from scratch without existing guidelines.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into clear solutions and make informed prioritization decisions amidst uncertainty.
- Strong writing skills for creating precise PRDs, presenting to a CTO, and facilitating customer discovery sessions with confidence.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, focusing on metrics to inform choices rather than justifying them post-factum.
- A genuine curiosity about challenging, often overlooked problems, driven by a desire to make a positive impact.
- Preferred experience includes B2B software or enterprise SaaS, launching AI-powered or LLM-powered features, platform PM or API product management, leading 0-to-1 product launches, or working in regulated sectors like fintech, healthcare, legal, or government.
