Key facts

What you'll do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.
• Advise on corporate legal matters, including governance, compliance, and regulatory issues.
• Support product development and go-to-market strategies with legal insights.
• Manage and resolve legal disputes and claims.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on technology and commercial contracts.
• Experience working with SaaS companies or in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with intellectual property law.
• Familiarity with open-source software licensing.
• Fluency in French or German.
