What you'll do

• Manage and enhance the IT infrastructure supporting our cloud platform.
• Implement and maintain systems for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting system performance and availability.
• Contribute to automation efforts for system deployment and management.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support new features and services.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems.
• Experience with cloud computing environments, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.

Nice to have

• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Familiarity with observability platforms.
