This position involves guiding significant Microsoft 365 transformation initiatives for public sector and commercial clients. You will shape strategic infrastructure roadmaps and oversee the implementation of advanced solutions.

What you'll do

• Provide strategic direction for large-scale Microsoft 365 modernization projects.
• Translate client needs into detailed architectural designs and guide infrastructure component deployment.
• Design, build, configure, and maintain Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of Microsoft 365 infrastructure workload implementations.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 and related technologies.
• Advise clients on complex feature and capability decisions.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization across technical areas.
• Support presales activities by identifying client requirements and potential service offerings.

Requirements

• Create strategic visions for Microsoft 365 modernization for commercial and Defense Industrial Base clients, leading complex project deployments.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Exchange, including hybrid and third-party migration expertise.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Exchange Online Protection, Teams Voice, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience with the Microsoft Security Stack, including Defender for Office 365, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention, and the Compliance Center (Litigation Hold, Retention, eDiscovery).
• Hands-on experience managing and maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, and on-premises Active Directory migrations.
• Ability to implement and understand dependencies of related technologies in enterprise settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, clients, and partners.
• Proven ability to act as a thought leader in complex Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience communicating technical escalations and project progress to stakeholders.
• Demonstrated commitment to the successful technical delivery of complex enterprise projects.
• Must be a US Citizen, eligible for a clearance requiring up to a 10-year background investigation.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $140,000 - $200,000 annually.
• US Citizenship required, with eligibility for a clearance requiring up to a 10-year background investigation.
