What you'll do

• Understand business requirements within the Microsoft 365 environment to contribute value to projects and guide delivery teams.
• Create and present comprehensive executive-level documents, including requirement specifications, user guides, and onboarding materials for M365.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and collaborate with subject matter experts in workshops to prepare and refine project documentation.
• Collect and document functional and user experience needs, including stakeholder impact and participation analysis.
• Contribute to the expansion of the company's service offerings by developing and documenting case studies and playbooks.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Information Technology projects.
• A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft 365 (O365) for project management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience incorporating AI technologies into daily tasks to enhance results and efficiency.
• Ability to devise necessary processes or systems for implementing changes and possess advanced problem-solving capabilities.
• Skill in developing innovative solutions for operational and strategic adjustments.
• Understanding of business domains and the specific challenges software aims to address, employing an adaptive approach to decision-making.
• Proven ability to create and deliver executive presentations and detailed requirement documents.
• Experience producing RACI matrices.
• Ability to develop UI wireframes and functional workflows.
• Experience driving adoption and integration through effective onboarding, integration, and knowledge transfer.
• US Citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain federal agency clearances, which may involve up to a 10-year background investigation.

Nice to have

• Prior experience participating in the RFP/RFI review process.
• AI-900 Certification.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $100,000 - $165,000. Final compensation will depend on factors such as experience, clearance level, and education.
