Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop detailed functional specifications and assist in creating comprehensive product requirement documents for new products, features, and enhancements to existing offerings.
- Collaborate with the AI Partnerships team to support quarterly planning sessions, facilitate sprint activities, and participate in refinement meetings to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Support the onboarding process for new Premium Connector partners by managing the submission of callback URLs, coordinating with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve launch issues, and ensuring a smooth integration experience.
- Maintain and update partner-facing documentation, including technical guides, server configuration instructions, and onboarding materials to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Work closely with marketing and Help Center teams by providing product insights, creating demo materials, and developing messaging strategies for new partner launches to ensure consistent communication and positioning.
- Conduct post-launch evaluations by tracking usage metrics, analyzing customer feedback, conducting interviews, and synthesizing insights to inform future product roadmaps and improvements.
- Respond promptly to partner and customer inquiries related to product features, integrations, or technical issues, escalating complex problems to engineering teams when necessary, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Promote the company's vision and core values through role modeling, encouraging desired behaviors, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in various company initiatives, cross-functional projects, and strategic planning activities as needed to support organizational goals.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools, and workflows to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to contribute innovative ideas and maintain PitchBook's leadership position in the market.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in product management, technical program management, solutions consulting, or product operations, particularly within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support.
- Familiarity with product development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and tools such as Jira or Confluence.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail, capable of synthesizing complex data and customer feedback into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining focus on deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

- Experience working with APIs, data integrations, or developer-focused products.
- Familiarity with technical concepts related to data analytics, SQL, or data visualization tools.
- Prior experience in onboarding or managing external partners and integrations.
