Product Manager - Respiratory

About the role

PIP Global Safety is looking for a Product Manager to oversee our respiratory protective equipment line. You will manage the entire product lifecycle for physical goods, focusing on market growth and strategic development.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Define strategic plans for product categories using industry trends and customer feedback to increase profitability.
• Manage product development from initial concept through to end-of-life.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to create go-to-market plans and promotional messaging.
• Coordinate with global sourcing and suppliers to maintain product quality, manage costs, and handle inventory levels.
• Work with testing agencies to ensure products meet required compliance and safety standards.
• Review sales performance and inventory data to improve forecasting and business decisions.
• Collaborate with Design, Production, and Operations teams to align product goals with company objectives.
• Conduct Voice of Customer research and represent the company at trade shows or distributor meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Product Management, specifically with tangible manufactured products.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within North America, with occasional international travel for supplier visits.
• Strong grasp of financial principles and market dynamics as they apply to industrial business growth.
• History of working across departments including Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Ability to analyze data to support strategic decision-making.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working with Personal Protective Equipment, specifically respiratory products.
• Data entry experience.

• Analytical and presentation skills.
